One way to think about this aspect of the DPI is for BIM to organize information on the design of the physical structure and PMIS to organize the administrative information of the project. The PMIS is an effective way to promote cooperation, as administrative information is introduced once and verified by everyone. The resulting review increases the likelihood that errors will be detected sooner rather than later. Several literatures represented different categories of factors, but none of them proposed a specific criterion for distinguishing categories. In this study, we propose criteria based on transaction elements. In previous research in China, the project submission system and type of contract were reviewed from a transaction perspective, and the project implementation system was designated as a project transaction method . The basic elements include, for each transaction, the subject of the transaction, the subject, the environment, the contract between the parties to the transaction and the management of the transactions. Of these, the purpose and subject matter are of fundamental importance, because without these two elements, the transaction cannot exist. In terms of the transaction, success is primarily determined by the subject of the transaction (i.e. the project itself), the subject of the transaction (i.e.
the owner, the contractor and other participants) and the transaction environment (e.g. B the situation of the hardware store). As a result, the factors in the selection of PDCS can be divided into three groups: transaction-related factors, transaction-related factors, and transaction environment factors. The study included a survey on the questionnaire in 2008 and ultimately identified 14 factors from a Chinese perspective, as shown in Table 3. P.A.s are designed so that a state landowner can retain control of the district character for the public good. However, this can sometimes lead to cumbersome licensing mechanisms in PPPs, which may eventually delay the project. This is particularly the case where there are licensing mechanisms for advance planning with the government as the owner of the land and the procedures for establishing the plan. Ideally, the development of the ADP should be as follows: as noted above, PDCS is a determining factor in the success of the project, traditionally defined as the degree to which the project`s objectives and expectations are being met . Thus, the objective of the PDCS design can be indicated as a goal to achieve the project objectives, improve the project`s performance and ultimately ensure the success of the project. With regard to these three concepts, Mr. Chan et al.
stated that the objective was the success of the project and that the budgetary, timing and quality objectives were the three criteria normally accepted to achieve the objective. Each project has a number of objectives to achieve and they serve as a standard for measuring performance . These concepts are closely related to each other and are macroscopic aspects of the PDCS, which is not enough in the PDCS design. This is why this document introduces a “value added”, a relatively micro-plan approach, in order to reflect more concretely the importance of an appropriate PDCS. Implementation of an appropriate PDCS will achieve value added on the basis of project objectives. For example, costs are one of the project`s objectives; Therefore, if savings have been realized, it means that the added value has been achieved relative to the cost target. In a nutshell: “value added” in this document refers to the added value for different project objectives. The more value added, the more successful the project is and the better the corresponding PDCS.
